Both Thoughtful Tuesday and Working Wednesday posts typically cover the same topics. However, while the free Tuesday posts offer insights and perspectives, the paid Wednesday posts dive into the details—showing you exactly how to achieve the discussed goals.

Last week we explored how to create themes and the microbehaviors that follow. Now, it’s time to focus on how to activate those microbehaviors. This is where artifacts come into play—whether it’s mental models, recipes, reference materials, or direct coaching. The key is selecting the right artifact based on where the learner is in their proficiency journey.

While last week was about building the learning structure, this week is all about creating the action for the practitioner to experience. We’ll explore what artifacts to create, provide real examples, and break down how to apply them across the three Blocks that keep momentum going!
